NPR & PBS Grift (Swindling & Government Censorship) Shows Las Vegas Public Radio Has Successfully Migrated From A Democratic Form Of Government And Placed Into The Representative Constitutional Republic; Department Of War Could Begin Issuing Broadcast Licenses In The Representative Constitutional Republic Prior To The Radio Act Of 1912

LAS VEGAS (LVPR) - As organization's like the former Las Vegas Public Radio/PBS Afiliate And KIOF unplugged from the democratic form of government and it's institutions on January 20, 2025, it wasn't until June 5, 2025 that Las Vegas Public Radio began to operate in the representative Constitutional Republic governed now under it's law and order.

By August 1, 2025, the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB), a democratic institution announced it was closing down and 90% of it's employees are exiting by September 30, 2025. President Trump has stated that we have been robbed so military tribunal packets with a date and time to show up could now be handed to each Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB) employee as they exit the Washington, D.C. 9th street doors. They can be processed for their part in robbing the nation for select organizations (i.e. NPR & PBS member stations) during their tenures using federal tax payer dollars over the past 50+ years by the millions. Military tribunal packets can also be handed to attorneys, paralegals and staffers operating each NPR & PBS lobbying and bribery firm for their part in robbing the nation. Robbers are usually executed by sitting in a electric chair or by public hanging.

You see, as the nation continues to transform back to a representative Constitutional Republic, it's governance of direct representation of law and order is just the Declaration of Independence signed into law on July 4, 1776, the U.S. Constitution signed into law on September 17, 1787 and the Bill of Rights signed into law on October 2, 1789.

Organizations like Las Vegas Public Radio are no longer governed by any of the remaining democratic institution including the Federal Communications Commission. Tthe FCC is another agency working to be abolished with it's 200,000 rules by the 119th U.S. Congress as it was enacted by Franklin Delano Roosevelt on June 19, 1934.

President Trump is bringing the Department of War back online as one of the original five agencies of the federal government in the representative Constitutional Republic. Once it's official, Las Vegas Public Radio will make it's broadcast application directly with the Department of War and U.S. War Secretary, Pete Hegseth to test the re-born agency is operational based on how previous broadcast applications were processed by the Department of War as communications was largely un-regulated by 1911 before the Radio Act of 1912 was established.

The Department of War is being restored back to it's pre-1949 designation as part of the representative Constitutional Republic which were the first five agencies in the U.S. federal government being the Departments of State, Treasury, War, and Justice, alongside the office of the Attorney General. As the remaining elements of a democratic form of government and it's institutions continue to be collapsed, Las Vegas Public Radio should be able to simply apply for a new broadcast license on a single page application which only asks for it's company address information and the declaration, "Constitution of the United States - First Amendment - Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.". The Department of War would then take the Las Vegas Public Radio broadcast application and process it by issuing the call sign and frequency to operate on as a Department of War Broadcast License Authority including any additional restrictions as determined by the federal agency.

Your about to get a real world modern day lesson of how a representative Constitutional Republic operates here on the Las Vegas Public Radio Interactive Public Radio Service (IPRS). And without all the layers of bullshit of law and order that came with the Radio Act of 1912 and afterwards by the political establishment along with it's lobbying and bribery firms that created all the un-constitutional bullshit as it all rolled up by January 20, 2025 by 11:59 AM.

As U.S. Vice President Vance said today they're, "full of shit" at the Senate Finance hearing with HHS Director Robert F Kennedy, Jr., the agency founded by President Eisenhower on April 11, 1953.
